Access Statement

The Lancaster Apartments have five floors. Access to the front door is via six steps. We have two lower ground floor and two upper ground floor apartments. Access to all apartments is via the main carpeted hallways and staircases but there is no lift. Apartments 3 and 4 are accessed through the main carpeted hallway. Apartments 1 and 2 are accessed via a carpeted staircase of the main hallway from the front entrance. Apartments 10, 11,12 12a and 14 on the second floor are accessed via a carpeted staircase from the first floor. Apartments 15 and 16 on the third floor are accessed via a carpeted staircase from the second floor.

WE offer free off road parking in front of the apartments for 10 cars and rear off road parking for 3 cars accessed via Dickson Road. Assistance with luggage is offered to all guests.

All area of the hall and landings are brightly lit with lights and emergency exit signs to fire escape. All apartments are numbered for easy identification.

All apartments have freeview televisions.

All apartments have a 2010 rated integral fire system.

There is an external fire escape accessed from floors one, two and three.

We offer a strictly no smoking policy in the whole building.

The Lancaster has a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and/or abusive language towards owner, staff and fellow guests. Should your behaviour at any point be deemed unacceptable without exception your entire party will be asked to leave without any refund.

The Lancaster is staffed from Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm and for guests arrival times only. Your arrival time is important to us to ensure there is someone on hand to greet you. Outside of these times you will be given a contact number for use in emergency use only.
